I use a Huion Kamvas Pro 13, and Photoshop Elements 2021 is the only program I use that seizes up as soon as any in-application scroll bar is tapped or dragged. Second, and this is a big one for anyone who uses programs like this for art as I do: it's glitchy with creative pen tablets. It's very annoying, and a waste of hard drive space if you ask me. You can't uninstall it without uninstalling the Editor. It's always there in the background until you close it. Boots up first, always, and then you can choose to use the Organizer or Editor. You can't get rid of it, and it just slows down the productivity of anything you're working on. Most glaringly, the just terrible Creative Cloud startup. But unfortunately, this particular version, as of this typing, has some serious drawbacks. Has some nice filters and the tools you'd come to expect from Photoshop Elements. It's a clean little program has a pleasant interface.
